Most cost effective way to get from Airport to Nurioopta

Hey team
I have a last minute trip to Adelaide. Due to flight prices I need to choose a different flight time to my group and they cannot wait for me at the airport to take me in the hire car (situation out of everyone's control - not being meanies :) )
What public transport options do I have or maybe a group shuttle that can get from Adelaide Airport to Nuri? Am googling but always better to get options from locals!
It's on a Saturday btw.
Thanks heaps

Munno Para pronunciation

I don’t live in Adelaide, but for family reasons I’ve visited several times a year for about the last twenty years, so I’m fairly familiar with the place.
I know that the first ‘a’ in Parafield is pronounced the same as the ‘a’ in ‘cat’, but I’ve also heard the first ‘a’ in Munno Para pronounced the same as the ‘a’ in ‘car’. Is this pronunciation wrong?

Adelaide sweats through hottest day on record

This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 66%. (I'm a bot)
Adelaide's mercury reached a record high of 46.6C yesterday, toppling a heat record from 1939.
The Bureau of Meteorology reports that West Terrace recorded the highest temperature in 80 years at 3.36pm. The previous record was 46.1C. It wasn't the only record that toppled as the fierce heat continued throughout South Australia.
"We have very hot temperatures forecast that could see quite a number of records broken," Ms Wilson predicted.
The Advertiser reported twenty-eight suburbs and towns surpassed historic maximums, including Port Augusta, where the barometer reached a scorching 49.5C - the fourth-highest temperature recorded in SA - and Tarcoola, which broke its record for the second time in nine days, with 49.1C.Other notable milestones for exceeding previous temperature records by more than 1.5C were Port Pirie, Roseworthy, Port Lincoln, Edithburgh, Kadina, Kent Town, Hindmarsh Island, Stenhouse Bay, Noarlunga, Nuriootpa and Adelaide Airport.
SA Health chief medical officer Paddy Phillips said the heatwave will be worse than last week's, when some parts of the state recorded four days above 40C. "In last week's heatwave we saw 69 people present to hospitals across the state with heat-related conditions and 31 of those were admitted," Prof Phillips said.
Around the country, the warm weather is continuing after the hottest December on record.

Looking for wedding venues in the Adelaide Hills.

I recently got engaged, and after all the excitement (and nerves) of the actual proposal comes the planing. My partner and myself are hoping to have the wedding ceremony in the Adelaide Hills region but we have been having difficulty finding a venue that suits.
So some details:
Firstly its a secular wedding, so a garden is preferred. The standard wedding places that you can find on http://www.weddingsa.com/ have been looked at and dismissed (some are off limits because family have already used them).
Secondly, preference would be for native vegetation gardens as well as the traditional English garden.
So my question is does anyone here know of any nice gardens that could be a wedding venue. A secondary question is if you want to share some stories about weddings you have been to/ been involved in.
Thanks in advance.
Any suggestions of B&B's or gardens that have been part of the open garden that would be suitable would be great :)
EDIT: I decided to update this post with the suggestions so that anyone else looking for venues can quickly find them all. Thank you to everyone who helped, I may have convinced my partner about Wairoa, it is at least on the list now along with many of the suggestions you've made. Thanks :)
Wedding Venues * Goldings winery * Old Clarendon Inn * Karka Pavillion in Belair National Park * Woorabinda Reserve in Stirling -- http://www.ahc.sa.gov.au/page.aspx * Binnowee * Carrick Hill * Old Stanley Grammar Country House * Camelot Castle * Auchendarroch House in Mt Barker * Bridgewater Mill * Bird in Hand Winery * Mount Lofty House * Warrawong * Kaesler Vineyards in Nuriootpa * Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens * Glen Ewin Estate * The Cedars * Wairoa * k1 wines * Old Government House in Belair National park * mccracken country club in victor harbor. * Stangate House in Stirling

Redditors from around the world... PLEASE help! Enclosed is a list detailing many of the places around the world my mother has been. Her 60th birthday is approaching and I want to do something special. (XPOST from AskReddit)

First off, please let me preface this with an apology if this is not the best subreddit to post this in.
Now then. My mother's 60th birthday is approaching. As a child, she was the daughter of a Qantas engineer and, as such, moved all through Australia, South East Asia and a few other places. In her younger years, she lived and taught all over the world. In the last ten years or so she has only ventured around Australia, to her birthplace of Singapore and to teach in Scotland and Los Angeles, and a few other small locations. This is due to health and money.
For her 60th birthday, I would like to compile a scrapbook with postcards or photographs from everywhere in the world where she has lived or taught for a considerable amount of time. As you can see from the list below, there are a lot of locations, which I have organised by country.
If anyone can direct me to a better subreddit for this, I will happily move my post.
If anyone can send me a postcard or photographs from the below locations, I will edit this post with a postal address and send in return an Australian postcard of thanks, with or without a small drawing of your choice. I am a reasonably decent artist.

Headed to the Adelaide area for work in the near future and I need some help and input! (House, car, surf, social)

Hey all!
So I'm headed to Barossa Valley (Nuriootpa specifically, which I am led to believe is nearly an hour from Adelaide by car) for work at a winery towards the end of January through April.
I'm currently trying to look at places to live and vehicles. So far I've cruised gumtree and realestate.com.au, but are there any other good sites that are good for these sort of things? In the same vein, I had mate that worked in Mildura and she told me it was possible to buy a car for fairly cheap from a few places in Adelaide and sell it back reasonably at the end of a few months. Is this something that is common?
Third, I have an interest in surfing while I am there as much as possible. Would it be possible to do so while living and working in Barossa? Otherwise I may have to settle for surfing on time off.
Lastly for now, what is the nightlife and social culture like around Adelaide? Is it comparable with Los Angeles or San Fransisco? Are there a lot of young people? Clubs/bars? Ways to meet people and make friends?
Thanks for any input you guys can provide! I'm excited to experience your city!
